Small Group Personal Training ~ 2-4 people per group

This allows participants to get the assistance they need with individual requests or goals and also the support and motivation of working out with other people. The trainer designs the exercise program and guides you through it. Sharing the hour and the trainer is a great way to get your personal training sessions at a lesser rate. The cost is dependent on the amount of people in the group and may vary month to month. Cost also depends on which trainer but the range is from $30.00 - $50.00 per person per session and is prepaid on a monthly basis.

1-2 individual personal training sessions may be required prior to joining a group. This allows the trainer to evaluate your fitness level, discuss goals, and customize the workouts. Call for more information and to schedule a complimentary consultation.

Share the experience and expense with others!

Schedule changes monthly. Please call for details.

You can also form your own group for more scheduling options.

Twice-a-Week Toning Class with Ren

Many of us want to get stronger but not necessarily bigger. Many of us want to have long, flexible muscles, not knotty ropes under our skin. And we all
want to feel comfortable trying new activities and not be fearful of injury.
It's possible to get the results you want with an hour-long class two
times a week! This class will teach you how to move from your core to
protect your back, as well as increasing your coordination, balance, and
mobility.  Best of all, it'll be a more-bang-for-your-buck kind of
workout, mixing cardio and strength training with enough different
exercises to keep you (and your body) from getting bored!
Tell your friends...the more the merrier (especially at 6am)!

Where: Outrageously Fit and at Gilman Park on nice days
When: Starts September 7th, Tuesdays and Fridays from 6am-7am

Pilates Mat Class with Sue

Why is Pilates so popular? It's popular because it works! Pilates is known for developing core strength, improving posture, flexibility, and mobility of the spine. People are drawn to Pilates for many reasons, including cross-training (i.e. running, skiing), recuperating from and preventing back problems, getting back into shape after having a baby, and general health and fitness.

Pilates was developed in the early 1900’s by Joseph Pilates. He was an absolute genius in developing his methods, which were not widely accepted by the medical field until after his death. In the early years, Pilates was popular among dancers for both rehab and injury prevention. Now Pilates is widely accepted among both men and women.

This class is taught by Sue Bream, certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer. Sue combines her expertise in both areas to create a unique class. Sue has been working in the fitness industry since 1996.

The class will improve performance of your daily activities or sports - and Pilates is fun!

              Tuesdays 6:30 pm ~ $100 6-week series. Begins Sept 14

Kettlebell Class with Jen and Kristin

Kettlebells are at the cutting edge of functional movement exercise systems - they epitomize full body movements through coordinated physical effort, mental concentration and dynamic intensity. Kettlebells are ideal because they blend strength, power, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, flexibility, and balance into a kind of 'condensed' training that translates into everyday life, your sport of choice, or a demanding job.

This class format is for those who want a weekly kick-butt workout and learn how to use kettlebells safe and effectively. Kristine keeps it fun, challenging, and offers a great deal of supervision for each individual. All fitness levels are welcome!
If you have KB experience then you don't need to do the prerequisite.

Class will begin mid-October. Date TBD

Prerequisite: one-on-one session prior to class to learn the main exercise "the swing" $40.00. If you already have experience in KB than this is not required.

The Art of Fitness Boxing with Art
Everybody knows that kickboxing is good exercise, but they don't know that classical boxing gives an equally great workout. One of my best students once asked, "Don't you need to kick, too?" My answer was to put her through her first session of western boxing, and she was sweating so hard, and struggling to breathe a little, she managed only a small "yeah" when I asked if the workout was okay. She left smiling -- like all of my boxing students after each session -- knowing that she was learning real fighting skills while getting the workout she craved. "I like hitting something instead of just punching air to the beat of music," she added. "It lets off steam!". This is personal training one-on-one or two-person shared session and not a class. Call for details.

          $60.00 one-on-one session
$40.00 per person per session shared
