NEW ~  Kettlebell Class!

Recently re-introduced to the United States, Russian kettlebells are the ultimate in all-around fitness. These "cannonballs with handles" are a great way to tone up and shed fat. During this hour-long session, RKC Instructor Jen will work with you on mobility, flexibility, strength, and cardio -- the key components of functional fitness and everyday life. After a few sessions, expect to notice that everyday physical tasks are easier to do. You will have kettlebells to thank!
 
If you are new to kettlebells, please contact Jen for an introductory technique lesson before attending.  Intro session (30 minutes) is $35, or free with purchase of a 10-session punch card.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30am

Pilates Class 

Increasing core muscle development is of primary importance as it will improve posture, strength, flexibility, and mobility of the spine! This will improve performance of your daily activities or sports - and Pilates is fun.

          Tuesdays 6:-6:50pm
          Cost: $105 ~ 8-week series

Hatha Style Yoga
The yoga classes are suited for the beginner on up to the more advanced student. Everyone will work at their own pace. Enjoy a peaceful class of stretching and relaxation. Amy Woods is our Yoga instructor. If you'd like more info about her Yoga classes please call 206.782.2199 extension 1.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise mats will be provided.

The Art of Fitness Boxing
Everybody knows that kickboxing is good exercise, but they don't know that classical boxing gives an equally great workout. One of my best students once asked, "Don't you need to kick, too?" My answer was to put her through her first session of western boxing, and she was sweating so hard, and struggling to breathe a little, she managed only a small "yeah" when I asked if the workout was okay. She left smiling -- like all of my boxing students after each session -- knowing that she was learning real fighting skills while getting the workout she craved. "I like hitting something instead of just punching air to the beat of music," she added. "It lets off steam!". This is personal training one-on-one or two-person shared session and not a class..

One-on-one Training: $50.00 - $60.00 depending on how many sessions purchased. 

Shared Cost (per person per session): $25.00

Top Of Your Game Golf Conditioning
Reduce stress on the hips, back and shoulders, increase flexibility for an unrestricted turn, improve balance and posture, and produce more power. This group session uses the stability ball and free weights to help stretch and strengthen the specific muscles used in golf. Postural analysis and basic testing for balance, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance are performed. Have fun and improve your game at the same time.
