events, and workshops to keep you motivated and educated
on the latest health an fitness trends and news.
There
are a lot of myths regarding fitness. Our trainers keep
the focus on what is real, how your body functions on
a daily basis, and how it truly needs to be exercised
to reach your goals. The trainers will keep you informed
on what really works and what doesn't!
Our
classes are small (4-8 people) so that trainers can
provide each person with individualized instruction
and attention.
