I
turned 40 last year, and I can honestly say Im
in the BEST condition of my life. Im an avid cyclist
whos always had some aerobics and weight training
in my fitness routine, but when I discovered Outrageously
Fit six years ago, everything kind of fell into
place. I'd been burning out a little on the same
old, same old and needed some variety, and I sure
got it at Outrageously Fit.
I have more energy, I sleep better and eat smarter.
I couldnt do a pull-up or even 10 pushups when
I started out, but now theyre just part of the
routine.
I
have trained with Monica Packard for approximately
six years, along with other classes taught by
other trainers. The classes are a blast, in fact
theyre addicting. I have taken Boxing Conditioning
for over five years now and cant imagine life
without it. Its fun, its never the same twice,
and Monica works you to the bone while making
you laugh at the same time.
The
instructors are all very conscious about the basics:
posture, form, abs/core strength, injuries (past
& present), nutrition, rest. I just cant say
enough about this place and the instructors, and
I wouldnt go anywhere else for fitness training.
I
was going to avoid the corny Outrageously Fit
changed my life, but I cant resist. Its true!
