has been working in the fitness industry since
1997. Gregory has completed numerous in-club certifications
in addition to the nationally recognized certifications
with the National Academy of Sports Medicine --
NASM.
He
has worked with clients of all ages and fitness
levels, specializing in programs designed and
structured around individual fitness goals for
optimal efficiency with the least amount of time
investment as possible. He believes that fitness
should be a pleasant and compatible lifestyle
change-not necessarily an extreme modification
were one has to sacrifice time. You don't have
to give up all the enjoyable things in life to
be healthy. Whatever the goal, Gregory can guide
the way to a more desirable lifestyle.

Stan
I
started working with Greg over a year ago and my results
have been fantastic! I'm a serious tennis player - I
play 4 to 10 hours a week - and I am interested not only
in general aerobic fitness and muscle definition, but
also in sport-specific exercises to help improve
my game. Greg's intelligence and natural gifts as a
teacher and trainer have proved to be huge assets in my
pursuit. He is quick to adapt my training regimen (I
would never call it a routine as Greg keeps things fresh
and new without making them confusing) to any injuries I

Greg is everything I
wanted in a trainer without the flashy lights and false
smiles prevalent at most big name gyms. He's adaptable
and dependable, motivational and compassionate and I've
never met someone with such zeal for his work. Greg
makes working out less work, but with infinitely better
results than I expected. I was already a waning athlete
when I signed up with Greg. I came to him hat in hand
hoping beyond hope that I could reach the same level of
fitness I achieved during wrestling in high school. All
of my doubts and misgivings about trainers and the
fitness professional's trade evaporated after less than
a week. At the time of this writing it's been about four
months, and I'm in even BETTER shape than I was in high
school! Greg keeps the workouts exciting and different.
In response, my body works harder and I see better
results. His encyclopedic knowledge of fitness was
instrumental in developing session plans around my
re-injured rotator cuff
(which I had done on my own).
